I’m applying to work at an Adult love boutique near my house, the owner is a really neat guy! He had a help wanted sign up a couple of weeks ago, he told me to make a resume and to fax it to him, do you think a Love Boutique would be looking for something other than competence in sales and customer service? other than knowledge in POS and computer literacy?

I am certified in childhood ed and I am planning to get my masters in special education. A main factor for this was because many teaching professionals tell me that a special education certification will be more valuable than say a literacy degree when looking for a job. I know certification areas are important, but will it really affect me getting a job if I’m not special ed certified?
I’m doing some research on Indigenous Australians. There are many information about how Indigenous Australians receive worse education, have lower literacy, lower number of school years etc. I’m just wondering, why is this so? Is it because of discrimination? Or perhaps access to education? Or maybe education is too expensive for some poor Indigenous? Does anyone out there have the answer?
