If that is the case, are they also OK with the idea of masses of illiterate poor people casting votes? Remember, literacy tests at polling places were ruled unconstitutional, and people’s political opinions are often based on what they have read.

People often ask, what’s the best way to treat drug addiction, eating disorders, depression and anxiety etc – is it medication, or is it talking therapy – or both?
You obviously need *some* level of language skill to be able to use cognitive therapy at all – and the more intelligent you are, the stronger your language skills will be.

According to a recent study by the National Center for Education Statistics, only 47 percent of high school seniors have mastered a minimum level of U.S. history and civics, while only 14 percent performed at or above the “proficient” level.
