Does he just want to keep them illiterate and poor?
@ColleenIsBack: I don’t think that would be an illogical conclusion as far as Bush is concerned.
@All: The people running the Massachusetts programs seem to think that they are doing a fine job. If the program isn’t doing well in other states, wouldn’t it be a lofty goal to fix it where there are problems instead of killing the whole thing?
