in south africa the government is passing the bill that 12 year old children have the right to chose to actively be involved in sex and not inform their parents nor tell them about abortions or their HIV/AIDS statis and to add insult to injury all domestic violance and child abuse units are closing down – this will be law. – this was on the news yet i see no reaction.
