In Mexico and Chile ( Democracies ) There are several Top International rated Universities, Colleges, and Techs’, and many other good schools like the Hebrew Institute of Mexico.

In Cuba the Literacy rate is 100% thanks to Fidel Castro and his system.
Everybody in Cuba knows how to read and write in Spanish.
But why some pirivileged citizens of first class countries refuse to recieve education and they hang out with gangs and junkies ending on criminal activities?
Why they don’t go to the public libraries that are free, or enroll to Schools ( free most of them )?

and….. how can one “Man”.(Fidel Ruiz Castro).have so much influence over 364 million people?…I mean Cuba is the only Caribean country to have 100% literacy amoungst their citizens!!..and..any child born in that country is “gauranteed” FREE EDUCATION from pre school to University..while in the U.S. is experiencing a 62% high school drop out rate!

Even though many resent Communism largely due to propoganda and corruption both from within and outside of their countries. It can’t be denied that the basic principle of it is genuinely to help the common person. The problem is the politicking, how it’ll be enforced and who’ll be enforcing it. That can be said for any country though. I recently asked a question regarding Castro’s impact on literacy in Cuba.
Now I ask what dictators may have survived in this world had it not been for Communists. The Soviets were the ones who defeated Hitler and the Nazis on their soil.…
