For what purpose other than social class discrimination would an employer/board ask about an arrest or charge that did not end in a conviction?
Theoretically, we are innocent until proven guilty, correct?
I just moved to Georgia from California and I went to apply for a teaching position. On the application it asked me if I had ever been charged with any offence, felony or misdemeanor, as a juvenile or adult, whether or not it resulted in a conviction.
