I teach adult computer literacy classes and lately I have been getting adults who don’t speak English well, they actually take notes in their own language. This is quite challenging and exhausting. Are there any materials that can be purchased or downloaded that may make this easier? I would like to create some materials that would help but I spend a lot of time trying to find ways to simplify the materials for English speaking adults who did not complete high school and are having trouble reading and comprehending!
First response is the perfect example of why I have to dummy-down my work in order for people to understand
